Job summary

KOOSA Kids are seeking an After School Club Supervisor at Holmesdale Primary School in Reigate, RH2, starting September 2026. This part-time, term-time role runs Monday to Friday from 2.50pm to 6pm.

You will lead daily operations, supervise a small team, plan and deliver activities, and ensure Ofsted and KOOSA Kids standards are met in a safe, engaging environment for children aged 4–11.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years supervisory experience in childcare or playwork.
• Level 3 NVQ/Diploma is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in Primary/Pre-School settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the After School Club.
• Supervise a small team and coordinate activities each afternoon.
• Ensure activities meet Ofsted standards and KOOSA Kids policies.
• Manage sign-in/sign-out process and liaise with parents and school staff.
• Carry out risk assessments and ensure a safe, tidy environment.
