Euro Projects Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting a Tendering Coordinator for Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

You will coordinate bids and proposals, liaise with engineering and commercial teams, and prepare tender documentation for multi-site projects. The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours, a salary guide of £30,000–£35,000 with overtime, a pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and opportunities for training and progression within a growing UK engineering group.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering/technical environment is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to liaise with engineering and commercial teams
• High attention to detail and data analysis, with experience in spreadsheets/ERP/CRM systems
• Experience producing quotations, bids, proposals or contracts is a plus
• Commercial professionals looking to move into a growing engineering sector

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate a diverse range of bids and proposals for customer projects
• Liaise with engineering teams and Business Development Managers
• Provide technical pre- and post-tender support to the commercial team
• Assist with pricing, costing and documentation for tenders
• Contribute to projects valued from £50K to £1m+ and growth within the business
