Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Proposals Engineer to join the team in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The role focuses on producing bids and proposals for engineering projects, coordinating with engineering and commercial colleagues to deliver compelling tender submissions.

You could come from mechanical, electrical or technical backgrounds and are keen to move into a more commercially driven role, working on technical bids and proposals close to home in Leicestershire.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing proposals, bids or tenders for engineering projects.
• Ability to structure professional documentation and present technical information clearly.
• Good communication within engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support bids and proposals for customer projects.
• Liaise with engineering teams, Business Development Managers, and customers as needed.
• Support the commercial team with technical input pre- and post-tender submission.
• Projects vary in size from small to large value (£50K to £1m+).
• Cover electrical and electronic systems design, testing and commissioning activities.
