Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Tendering Coordinator in Ashby-de-la-Zouch (LE65). This hybrid role offers flexible working hours, a salary guide of £30,000–£35,000 with paid overtime, bonus and pension, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

You will coordinate bids and proposals, liaising with engineering and commercial teams to assemble winning tender documents. The role focuses on preparing bids, proposals, contracts and tenders, with training and development available alongside

Qualifications

• Good communication skills to liaise between engineering and commercial teams.
• Experience in an engineering/technical environment is advantageous.
• High attention to detail; comfortable with data analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a diverse range of bids and proposals for customer projects.
• Liaise with engineering teams, Business Development Managers, and customers.
• Provide technical support pre- and post-tender submission to the commercial team.
• Assist in preparing technical quotations, bids, proposals, and contracts.
• Progress projects from bid to successful tender, within budget and timelines.
