Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Proposals Engineer to join the team in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The role focuses on producing bids and proposals for engineering projects, coordinating with engineering and commercial colleagues to deliver compelling tender submissions.

You could come from mechanical, electrical or technical backgrounds and are keen to move into a more commercially driven role, working on technical bids and proposals close to home in Leicestershire.

Your background as a Proposals Engineer:

• Any exposure or knowledge of producing proposals / bids / tenders / proposals for engineering / technical projects. You do not need to be a Proposals specialist, but knowledge of the process or how to structure professional documentation.
• You could be a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer or technical professional looking to transition into a more commercial role and career path. Excellent way of advancing your career within a business that likes to promote and develop from within.
• Good communication skills to be able to liaise effectively within engineering and commercial teams to pull together the information you will need to produce a bid / proposal document. You could have worked in an Internal Sales environment and want to focus on a role which is more technical / analytical.
• Based locally to Ashby De La Zouch.
