cbec eco-engineering, a leading UK environmental consultant, seeks a Principal / Senior Consultant to lead tender activities. You will coordinate proposals across UK teams, ensure QA, and develop an AI-enabled bid process. The role supports training and requires a pro-active workload plan with flexible hours.

The position offers a hybrid home/office setup across the UK, with a six-month probation and potential part-time 24 hours weekly. Strong writing and coordination skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Excellent writing and editing skills demonstrated in bid documents.
• Proven experience drafting successful proposals for complex tenders.
• Ability to format and manage large Word documents for professional submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate AI into the bid writing process to improve bid quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage company-wide proposals and framework bids.
• Liaise with clients at tender stage and edit final proposals for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain a tender library with CVs, case studies and boilerplate text.
