PIB Group is seeking a Tenants Sales & Retention Executive in Chester. This on-site role involves phone-based outreach to warm leads, presenting products, overcoming objections and closing sales to hit daily and monthly targets.

You will contribute to revenue growth while delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced phone sales, strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based or contact-centre sales (B2B or B2C).
• Strong communication and telephone manner.
