Qualifications

• Proven sales experience; Experience of working to targets (Essential).

• Experience in a fast paced target driven environment (Essential).
• Experience of regulated products; Non-advised/advised selling; Financial/insurance experience (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Build warm, engaging relationships with customers and match suitable products and services.
• Sell insurance policies and retain existing business through outbound and inbound calls.
• Retain or generate additional income by renewals and managing back book growth.
• Meet or exceed sales, retention, activity and quality targets.
• Input data into logs and databases to record activity and outcomes.
