Job summary

Stirling Council in Stirling is seeking a Housing Assistant to join the Income Management & Housing Support Team. You will deliver excellent customer service to tenants and update records in line with policies, working with Housing Officers to maintain accurate tenancy information.

The role requires engaging with diverse tenants, handling rent account requests, and providing support to vulnerable tenants to sustain tenancies.

Qualifications

• The postholder will be part of a team delivering excellent customer service to tenants.
• You should be confident dealing with people from all walks of life.
• Duties include responding to requests from tenants regarding rent accounts and tenancies.
• Provide support and assistance to vulnerable tenants so tenancies can be sustained.
• Occasional attendance at forced entries; flexibility with working times.
