Job summary

Dundee City Council is recruiting for a Housing Services Team Leader to deliver tenancy and estate management, sustainment and sheltered housing wardens services. The role also oversees admin functions and helps shape strategic direction.

A PVG check may be required, with hybrid working between home and East Office, Pitkerro Road. Applicants should have an HND/SVQ4 or equivalent in a relevant subject, plus significant housing experience and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• You will have experience leading a housing services team with supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and MS Office 365 tools is essential.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities are required.
