Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd in Scotland is seeking a Finance Administrator for a permanent, hybrid role in the Stirling area. The role entails handling purchase ledgers, supplier invoices, rent receipts and general finance administration to support the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance administration and a strong eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Housing sector experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with purchase ledger, finance administration or similar tasks.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Ability to manage varied work and meet deadlines.
• Experience with rent accounting or a housing system (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, payments and purchase ledger reconciliations.
• Record rent receipts and help resolve daily finance queries.
• Coordinate meeting arrangements, office facilities and IT requests.
• Support colleagues with administration across finance and corporate services.
