Job summary

Let's Go Lettings is seeking a confident Tenant and Maintenance Liaison Coordinator to own tenant enquiries and maintenance across managed properties in Portsmouth. You will be the first point of contact for repairs, coordinate contractors, and visit properties to inspect issues and verify work.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisation, and the ability to manage high volumes of calls and emails while keeping tenants informed and up-to-date. Salary £28,000–£30,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience handling a high volume of customer enquiries and complaints.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls and emails about tenant issues and maintenance.
• Prioritise emergencies and safety concerns per procedures.
• Log enquiries with actions, ownership and next steps.
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and maintenance team.
• Arrange appointments, access and keys, and provide clear work instructions.
• Obtain quotes and seek approvals within spending limits.
• Follow up on progress and outstanding actions to resolution.
• Visit properties to inspect reported issues and verify completed work.
