Let's Go Lettings is seeking a confident Tenant and Maintenance Liaison Coordinator to take ownership of tenant enquiries and maintenance across our managed properties. This busy role involves high volumes of calls, coordinating repairs with contractors, and visiting properties to investigate issues, ensuring updates are provided to tenants and landlords.

You will log requests, obtain quotes within spending limits, and escalate for urgent matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling a high volume of customer enquiries or complaints is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails about tenant issues and maintenance with professional service.
• Prioritise emergencies and follow company procedures for escalation.
