Job summary

Sustainable Building Services is seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to manage the customer journey for residential retrofit projects across social, owner-occupied, and private rental homes in the UK. You will closely follow client and company engagement procedures to ensure a smooth experience for residents.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer-facing construction environment, a full UK driving licence, GCSEs or equivalent, and strong communication skills to engage stakeholders, book

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role within the construction industry.
• Full UK driving licence.
• GCSEs or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to residents before, during and after works to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify vulnerable tenants and any additional needs.
• Manage resident data in line with GDPR.
• Coordinate access arrangements and book appointments.
• Develop relationships with residents, clients, sub-contractors and site staff.
• Conduct consultation and induction activities with residents.
