Job summary

A Social Housing Contractor is seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer for a roofing replacement scheme in Stoke, with a later move to Manchester. The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience in tenant liaison within social housing and a valid driving licence with own transport; CSCS card is preferred.

You will visit tenants, coordinate with neighbourhood housing associations, chair tenant forums, and monitor satisfaction and issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Resident Liaison Officer in social housing.
• CSCS card preferred and driving licence required.
• Experience coordinating with housing associations and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-entry visits and inductions.
• Advise tenants on works and timelines for refurbishments.
• Be main point of contact for tenants and resolve queries.
