Job summary

Hull Churches Housing Association is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to help deliver a responsive, fair, and high-quality housing management service. You will build positive relationships with tenants and help sustain successful tenancies across our homes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a tenant-focused housing, tenancy or community service.
• Strong IT skills and experience using databases and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
• Confident to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, solution-focused, and able to build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a tenancy to assist tenants in sustaining their tenancy.
• Support, rent collection and early intervention to prevent arrears and tenancy failure.
• Respond to tenancy enquiries, neighbourhood concerns and reports of anti-social behaviour.
• Carry out home visits, estate inspections and tenancy checks; maintain accurate and timely records.
