Job summary

Hull Churches Housing Association is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to help deliver a responsive, fair, and high-quality housing management service. You will build positive relationships with tenants and help sustain successful tenancies across our homes.

The role focuses on managing tenancies, supporting rent collection, and proactive early intervention to prevent arrears. You will respond to enquiries, neighbourhood concerns, and anti-social behaviour reports, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a tenant-focused housing, tenancy or community service.
• Strong IT skills and experience using databases and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
• Confident to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, solution-focused, and able to build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities
