Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association is recruiting a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to deliver housing services to residents. The role coordinates tenancy management and rent collection, handles applications and allocation of vacant properties, and works to minimise voids and keep property and health and safety standards up.

The position focuses on vulnerable individuals in supported accommodation, with an enhanced adult barred list DBS check.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating tenancy management and rent collection.
• Ability to process applications and allocate properties.
• Experience with DBS checks and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenancy management and rent collection to maintain income.
• Ensure fair access, process applications, run background checks and allocate vacant properties.
• Keep supported accommodation available and minimise void turnaround time.
• Maintain health and safety and property standards.
• Deliver a customer-focused service as a team member.
• Contribute to the development of the association's values, culture and ethos.
