Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association in St Helens is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms, enabling them to live independently.

Based at our offices in St Helens, the role includes duties to identify tenancy breaches and work with internal and external partners to ensure sustainment and enforce where required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals to sustain tenancy and manage housing-related needs.
• Ability to work with external agencies to resolve tenancy issues.

Job title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in St Helens.

Purpose of the role

• To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently.
• To identify, report and investigate tenancy breaches, working closely with internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure tenancy sustainment and where required implementing tenancy enforcement action in accordance with policy, procedure and housing regulations.
