Job summary

Home Group Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Coordinator to empower customers toward a better future. You will guide individuals with alcohol or substance misuse through our bespoke Home Group Achievement Programme to sustain tenancies and independence.

You’ll support clients with college sign-ups, budgeting, life skills and goal achievement, while building partnerships with external agencies.

Qualifications

Passion to support customers to live their best life.
Energy and drive to help customers learn new skills and improve confidence.
Ability to work on your own initiative, stay calm under pressure and be resilient.
Excellent customer service and communication skills; learner qualifications preferred but not essential.
Ability to monitor your own and learner's performance.

Responsibilities

Support a customer sign up to college and budgeting skills.
Help customers develop practical life skills and achieve personal goals.
Enable customers to sustain their tenancies and independence.
Build relationships with external agencies and signpost customers to services, education, training and employment opportunities.
Monitor and record customer progress, outcomes and wellbeing to evidence for commissioners.
