Job summary

Concrete in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join the Tenancy Sustainment Team. You will deliver high-quality support to customers who are vulnerable or have complex needs, helping them stay in their homes.

You’ll provide contact, advice, and guidance, prepare occupancy agreements and information packs, assist with move-in, maintain tenancy conditions, and handle enquiries. A full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Genuine understanding and compassion for people without a home.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, and hold CIH Level 3 minimum.
• Experience of working in housing and/or dealing directly with the public / customers in a busy service environment.
• Experience of dealing with complex behaviour.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving License with own vehicle for work purposes.
