Job summary

Ferrovial Agroman SA is seeking a Temporary Works Manager to work on the HS2 project in Birmingham. You will lead the design of temporary railheads and ensure compliance with all standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in large infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing interfaces between civil works and overseeing the temporary works teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience of working in a cost-conscious environment.
• Ability to manage complex interfaces and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with temporary works design and safety regulations.
• Manage interfaces with civil works and coordinate internal teams.
• Oversee procurement and logistics for temporary works execution.

Skills

Degree qualification in civil engineering or equivalent

Extensive experience in design and/or engineering management

Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer preferred experience

Strong understanding of railway technical standards

Good people management experience
