The post holder will play a key role in the smooth running and continuous improvement of our Trust temporary staffing processes. A vital service that works closely with clinical and corporate areas organising suitable cover to ensure quality of care for our service users.
Working in a close and friendly team you will be in a fast paced environment handling day-to-day tasks such as new shifts to cover, arranging bank assignments, liaising with agencies to ensure processes are adhered to and compliance requirements are met, basic systems training, complaints, data entry, and general queries.
