Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United Kingdom is seeking friendly retail team members to greet guests, handle cash registers, and deliver a warm, engaging experience across LEGO stores. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment and ensure displays meet LEGO Brand Retail standards.

You will assist in stockroom receiving, follow safety rules, engage with customers, promote materials and loyalty programs, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Availability to work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the LEGO store and operate cash registers while delivering friendly, professional service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store by daily cleaning and upholding display standards.
• Assist in stockroom receiving and merchandise handling following LEGO Brand Retail standards and safety rules.
• Resolve customer issues and report any challenging situations to the manager.
• Engage with customers and promote promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Handle store operational tasks during duty hours to ensure smooth store operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and reportchallenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
