Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a retail team member to warmly welcome guests, operate the till with accuracy, and uphold a visually engaging LEGO store environment. You will follow LEGO Brand Retail standards to keep the space inviting and safe for customers.

You will also support stockroom operations, assist with merchandise receiving, and help maintain stock integrity while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle all cash register functions while maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment by daily cleaning and displaying LEGO brand visuals.
• Operate the stockroom safely and efficiently, assist in receiving merchandise, keep stock organized, and report shortages to management.
• Carry out core store operational tasks as required.

Job description

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
