Job summary

LEGO Company Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-focused store associate to deliver a signature guest experience, greet visitors, handle cash register functions and uphold LEGO Brand Retail standards. You will maintain a clean, safe and visually engaging store, support stockroom operations, merchandise displays, and participate in loyalty programs and promotions.

Hybrid working option available, with up to two days from home.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform all cash register functions while upholding a professional, gracious and engaging manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by cleaning duties and LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Support the stockroom operations, assist in receiving merchandise and ensure stockroom safety and organisation.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the store manager.
• Engage customers through interaction and participation in promotions and loyalty programs.
• Carry out daily store operational tasks as needed during shifts.

Job Description Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
