Job summary

The LEGO Group in Oxford is seeking a customer-focused retail team member to ensure a signature guest experience, greeting every visitor and efficiently handling the cash register while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.

You will uphold LEGO Brand Retail standards by keeping displays clean and engaging, and by safely managing stockroom tasks and receiving merchandise under safety rules. The role supports a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting visitors, performing all cash register functions and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by maintaining store displays and LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely operate the stockroom and assist in receiving merchandise, keeping stockroom standards and notifying management of shortages
• Handle typical store operational tasks in duty period

Job description

Job Description Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times


• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards


• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations


• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
