Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to manage high volumes of data entry and invoice processing.
• Methodical and organised with strong prioritisation.
• Available to start at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of purchase ledger invoices using Sage 50.
• Input invoices onto the finance system accurately.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle supplier queries professionally and timely.
• Reconciling supplier statements and issues.
• Prepare invoices for payment and ensure information is correct.
• Provide general purchase ledger support to the finance team.
