Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in operational, administration or business support roles.
• Residential real estate experience desirable.
• Experience using AI to build simple solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for agents and support Marketing and Sales teams.
• Manage calendars, trackers, campaigns, CRM and workflow.
• Assist with reporting, listings, website management and uploads.
