Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland in Felixstowe is seeking a Fleet Administrator on a temporary basis to support busy fleet operations. You will maintain vehicle records, coordinate maintenance, and produce reports while liaising with drivers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has admin experience within logistics or fleet environments, strong Excel skills, and the ability to prioritise workload. An immediate start and a part-time pattern of 15 hours per week are on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, transport, or fleet environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently with a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining fleet and vehicle records.
• Supporting fleet compliance and administrative processes.
• Updating systems, trackers, and spreadsheets.
• Coordinating vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules.
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Liaising with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• General administrative support to the fleet and transport function.
