Job summary

Huntress is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Team Leader in Haywards Heath on a 6-month contract with a potential extension. The role is office-based with a daily rate of £400-£450.

You will oversee a team of about six and ensure high standards across multiple sites. The successful candidate will lead the FM function, manage contractors and drive compliance, aiming to deliver efficient facilities services across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within Facilities Management.
• Experience managing an FM team, service or function.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, technical and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers and procurement processes.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and build strong working relationships.
• Proactive approach with excellent organisational and leadership skills.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Management Team Leader to join an established team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to extend.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading teams and ensuring high standards across a diverse property portfolio.

You will be responsible for overseeing the Facilities Management function, managing a team of approximately six people and ensuring the effective delivery of FM services across multiple sites.
