Cap Resourcing is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to own a prestigious London portfolio, leading day-to-day FM operations and driving service delivery across multiple high-profile commercial assets.

You will manage contractors, procurement and service charge budgets, ensuring stringent FM compliance and health & safety standards. A hands-on, proactive approach and strong stakeholder communication are essential for success in a hybrid London role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios, ideally multi-site.
• Strong knowledge of FM compliance, health & safety and building operations.
• Experience managing contractors, procurement and service charge budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership.

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge with a leading property management business?

We're looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of a prestigious London portfolio, working alongside a highly regarded Property & Asset Management team. This isa fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving operational excellence, and making a real impact across high-profile commercial assets.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios, ideally multi-site.
• Strong knowledge of FM compliance, health & safety and building operations
• Experience managing contractors, procurement and service charge budgets
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership.
• NEBOSH qualification (or willingness to work towards) is advantageous.
