Job summary

Bond Williams is seeking a motivated Facilities Administrator in Oxford to join a small, friendly team. The role is temporary for up to 6 months with a view to permanent conversion in the future.

Based on-site in OX4, you will coordinate fire safety, security and other soft facilities services across multiple sites, liaise with contractors and internal teams, and manage procurement tasks using Excel for planned and reactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating contractors and suppliers.
• Able to raise purchase orders using procurement system.
• Comfortable working with maintenance, health and safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fire safety, security and other soft facilities services across multiple sites.
• Communicate with external contractors to organise regular and one-off work.
• Raise purchase orders through the procurement system.
• Liaise with internal teams including maintenance and health and safety.
• Excel-based maintenance scheduling and inspections.
