Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer for an afternoon/evening shift in Wath upon Dearne. The role involves tele-screening candidates, booking interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process.

Initially days 8:30am–4pm with potential move to evenings; 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will handle calls with potential candidates, assess fit for roles, and work within a supportive team of recruitment professionals in a growing national network.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or customer service is desirable.
• Excellent communication and listening skills are essential.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 2pm–9:30pm after initial days.
• Resilience and a strong work ethic are important.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential candidates.
• Screen candidates by phone to assess fit for roles.
• Book candidates into interview slots and coordinate the process.
• Work as part of a team to meet recruitment targets.
