Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer for afternoons/evenings in Wath upon Dearne. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 2pm to 9:30pm, with an initial schedule of 8:30am-4pm and potential move to evenings as required.

The position is temporary, ongoing, with an hourly rate of £12.71 plus performance-based commission. You will screen candidates, book interviews and coordinate with the team to support recruitment projects across the business.

You will be working on various projects, speaking with possible candidates for the role and booking them in for the interview process. As a vital component within the recruitment process, successful candidates need to have a fine eye for detail, a resilient and ambitious personality and fantastic work ethic. Working as part of a team, the candidate will have to have strong communication skills and be hard working.

The role consists of handling inbound and outbound calls with future potential candidates, assessing whether they would be right for a role with the company. You will tele‑screen the candidates to make sure only suitable candidates are sent forward. It will then be your responsibility to book people in for interview slots.
