Job summary

Interaction Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Wath upon Dearne. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 2pm to 9:30pm, with an initial shift from 8:30am to 4pm and potential move to evenings when required.

The position is temporary and ongoing, paying £12.71 per hour plus performance-based commission. You will contact potential candidates, book interviews, and support the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential candidates.
• Tele-screen candidates to ensure suitability for roles.
• Book candidates into interview slots and coordinate the recruitment process.
