Job summary

Angard Recruitment is seeking flexible Post Person with Driving to join the Royal Mail delivery network. You will drive a Royal Mail van across your route and also walk parts of it, delivering letters and parcels in all weather while providing excellent community service.

The role requires a full, manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points, and the ability to walk large distances carrying a mailbag up to 16 kg. Shifts vary and flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16 kg.
• Shifts can vary; able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your route by van and on foot.
• Ensure secure, on-time delivery in line with Royal Mail standards.
• Handle election materials and restricted items as required.
