Job summary

Angard Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking flexible Royal Mail delivery drivers to join as Post Person with Driving. You will drive a Royal Mail van in your round, delivering letters and parcels while walking parts of your route to ensure timely, friendly service.

The role requires a full, manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points, strong physical fitness (20,000 steps daily; carrying mailbags up to 16 kg), and adaptability to varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary and require adaptability at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your round, driving and walking as required.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure items reach destinations safely.
• Deliver election materials and perishable items in line with Royal Mail standards.
