Job summary

Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Call Handler in Wokingham to join our client’s team. The role is temporary ongoing (initially around 2 weeks) with potential extension, Monday to Friday 9:15am-5:15pm; Friday work from home.

Ideal candidates have customer service or call-handling experience, strong Excel skills, and comfort working with numbers. ASAP start requested. Salary is £14 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or telephone handling.
• Confident with numbers and high accuracy with data.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proactive and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound customer calls and handling general enquiries.
• Listening to customers and understanding their queries.
• Providing clear and helpful information and support.
• Recording customer details and updating systems accurately.
• Using Microsoft Excel to input and manage information.
• Supporting the Finance Team with basic tasks as needed.
• Handling numerical information accurately and confidently.
• Escalating queries to the relevant team when required.
