Job summary

Mission 4 Recruitment is seeking an immediately available Temporary Sales Executive for a Hoddesdon-based role. You will attend pre-booked appointments, present tailored service solutions, and close new B2B accounts across phone, video, and in-person meetings.

This 100% office-based position requires local availability, with interviews on Tuesday 8th September and a start later that week; you will maintain CRM records and drive a proactive sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B new business acquisition (Sales Executive, BDE, or Account Manager).
• Confident and credible when presenting to senior operations and functional decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with commercial awareness around rates and terms.

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified prospect meetings via phone, video, and in person.
• Present core service offerings, technical capabilities, and industry accreditations.
• Assess prospect requirements, including volume, locations, and current provider setups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive rates, present proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Close new accounts and ensure a seamless operational handover.
• Proactively self-generate new business opportunities alongside qualified appointments.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and report weekly on meetings, proposals, and pipeline progress.
