Job summary

Mission 4 Recruitment is partnering with a leading IT infrastructure provider to recruit a Business Development Executive in Bishop's Stortford. The role focuses on proactive outreach, engaging IT Managers and CTOs, and developing new business opportunities across hardware installations and ITAD services.

You will combine warm and cold outreach, manage end-to-end deals from discovery to close, and travel for face-to-face client meetings.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling and networking.
• Follow up inbound inquiries and warm leads to develop opportunities.
• Lead opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Pitch enterprise IT installations, refurbished server hardware, and recycling packages.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings with IT Managers, CTOs, Procurement Heads.
• Nurture accounts for repeat business and lifecycle replacements.
• Maintain CRM records, activity logs, and pipeline forecasts.
