Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Build and maintain relationships with B2B customers.
• Process orders, quotations, enquiries and returns.
• Provide general sales and administrative support.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Support reporting, data entry and document management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service.
