Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Account Manager in Stoke-on-Trent (ST1) for a temporary-permanent, full-time role. You will handle daily client communications, monitor orders and SLA performance, and prepare regular service reviews while supporting forecasting and promotional planning.

The ideal candidate has prior account management experience, strong Excel and CRM skills, and the ability to drive improvements using KPIs and forecasts. This is a site-based role offering full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Account management or client-facing operational experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial judgement with KPIs and forecasts.
• Experience in logistics/fulfilment or e-commerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications, service issues, and agreed actions.
• Monitor order accuracy, dispatch, stock, returns, and SLA performance.
• Prepare clear performance reports and lead regular service reviews.
• Gather forecasts and promotional plans to support operational planning.
• Coordinate service improvements and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate account and activity records.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as primary contact.
