Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Temporary HR Advisor in Bootle, Merseyside to handle day-to-day HR work in the not-for-profit sector. You will provide practical advice, support managers, and assist with tribunal preparation while maintaining accurate records and HR reporting.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, stay up-to-date with employment law, and contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Experience supporting Right to Work compliance.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support and advice across employee relations matters.
• Manage varied HR casework and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with Employment Tribunal preparation and responses.
