Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking two HR Advisers to join the HR Team in Bootle. You will deliver a varied caseload of HR work, providing advice and practical support to regional line managers and staff within HR guidelines and relevant legislation.

The role requires clear, balanced HR advice and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Ideally you will have Level 5 CIPD or be working towards it, and a DBS disclosure is required at appointment.

• Experience delivering clear, balanced advice across general HR issues to management teams.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders internal and external.
• Ideally holds Level 5 CIPD qualification or is working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a varied caseload of HR work and projects across issues to regional line managers and staff.
• Provide advice, guidance and practical support in line with HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a collaborative HR team environment and manage deadlines under pressure.
