Job summary

Confidential, based on the outskirts of Chelmsford, is recruiting a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly and fast-paced team. This is a full-time temporary position, Monday to Friday, working 8 hours a day between 8:00am - 5:00pm.

The role pays up to £12.71 per hour and is expected to continue for the remainder of the year. You will handle calls and emails, update databases, draft letters, and provide admin support between two departments.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administration experience.
• Confident communicator with a professional approach.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and email enquiries.
