Job Description:

V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of UK's fastest growing PropTech Organisations, specializing in helping organizations reclaim overpaid business rates.

They are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales quickly, reporting directly to the Sales Director.

We are looking for a hungry, sales-driven individual with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.

The company offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your sales expertise in process consulting or enterprise software to grow revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, including Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing our value propositions and addressing their challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs in business process management, risk & compliance, and enterprise architecture.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to aid in negotiations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities.
  • Develop business plans and marketing strategies to support channel partners.
  • Forecast revenue accurately on various timelines.
  • Set KPIs for partners and review performance routinely.
  • Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 6+ years in Account Management within a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong cold calling and warm lead engagement skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset, customer-centric approach.
  • Interest in diagnosing client problems and providing smart solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise clients (SaaS model), Key Account or Reseller Management.
  • Highly organized and analytical, data-driven decision making.
  • Background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience as a “New Business Hunter” in a related industry.
