Job Description:

V&C Associates are super excited to be working with one of UK's fastest growing PropTech Organisations, the business has a niche market in assisting organisations in reclaiming overpaid business rates. Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist driving and converting warm leads into sales, within a quick period from initial approach. Reporting directly to the Sales Director.

Our client is looking for hungry sales driven sales specialist with experience in telephone sales and speaking to perspective clients.

The company is offering a good basic with a realistic OTE of £85 000 plus,

Responsibilities

  • Utilising your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our transformative solutions, focusing on Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
  • Identifying and engaging potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance management, and enterprise architecture management needs.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis & modelling, process mining, internal control & audit to aid you in negotiation with clients.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from hunting and prospecting to pipeline generation, opportunity management, and successful deal closing.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities to the sales leadership team.
  • Devise business plans, marketing strategies & initiatives to enable channels sales partners.
  • Accurately forecast projected bookings revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop KPIs to hold partners accountable and introduce routines to review performance.
  • Drive customer references, case studies and referrals.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 6+ years experience in Account Management preferably within a technology business and SaaS environment
  • Tenacious approach to cold calling perspective clients and warm leads
  • An entrepreneurial, solutions-focused individual, who puts clients’ needs at the core of business.
  • Keen interest in identifying client problems and finding smart solutions
  • Previous experience with enterprise sized clients (Saas model) as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
  • Highly organised and analytical. You will constantly be reviewing data to decide what to focus on next and where you will have the biggest impact.
  • A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related field might be preferred
  • Experience in a “New Business Hunter” role in a related field or industry
