Job Description:

V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of the UK's fastest-growing PropTech organisations, specializing in helping companies reclaim overpaid business rates.

We are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to convert warm leads into sales quickly, reporting directly to the Sales Director.

We are looking for a hungry, sales-driven individual with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.

The company offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000+.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize your sales expertise in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue within your territory.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions, including Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs related to process management, risk, and compliance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance negotiation and sales strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide regular sales activity reports to leadership.
  • Develop business plans and marketing strategies to support channel partners.
  • Forecast revenue accurately on various timeframes.
  • Set KPIs and review partner performance routinely.
  • Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience
  • At least 6+ years in account management, preferably in a tech SaaS environment.
  • Tenacious cold calling and lead engagement skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset, with a client-centric approach.
  • Interest in identifying client problems and offering smart solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise clients (SaaS model) as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in a 'New Business Hunter' role in a related industry.
