V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing PropTech organisations, which specializes in helping companies reclaim overpaid business rates.
Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales quickly from initial contact. The role reports directly to the Sales Director.
Our client seeks a motivated, sales-driven individual with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.
The company offers a competitive base salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000+.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to increase revenue in the assigned territory.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions, including Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
- Identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings and addressing their business challenges.
- Work with clients to understand their needs in business process management, risk & compliance, and enterprise architecture.
- Stay informed about industry trends and tools related to business process analysis, process mining, and internal controls to support negotiations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to pipeline management and closing deals.
- Provide regular sales activity reports to leadership.
- Develop business plans, marketing strategies, and initiatives to support channel sales partners.
- Forecast bookings revenue weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Create KPIs to monitor partner performance and review routines.
- Generate customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 6+ years in Account Management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Persistent cold calling and nurturing warm leads.
- Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset, prioritizing client needs.
- Strong interest in identifying client problems and providing effective solutions.
- Experience with enterprise clients (SaaS model) as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
- Highly organized and analytical, capable of data-driven decision-making.
- Educational background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related fields may be preferred.
- Experience in a 'New Business Hunter' role in a related industry.
